Q: What if I only need one license renewal?
A: No problem — you can purchase individual renewal submissions a la carte. State renewals are $75, DEA renewals are $100, and board certification renewals are $100.
Q: Do I have to subscribe to a monthly plan?
A: No. Many clients prefer ongoing plans for peace of mind, but you can also choose one-time a la carte services such as payer enrollments, re-credentialing, or audit-ready credentialing packets.
Q: What’s the difference between Essential, Standard, and Complete?
A:
Essential → Automated reminders and CAQH management (you do the submissions yourself).
Standard → We take over the actual submission of your renewals (licenses, DEA, board certifications), plus OIG checks and reporting.
Complete → Everything in Standard, plus payer enrollments, re-credentialing, and delegated credentialing packet support.
Q: How do I get started?
A: Just complete our secure intake form and sign the authorization form electronically. Once that’s done, we can immediately begin managing your credentialing and license tracking.
Q: Is my information secure?
A: Yes. All provider data is stored securely in HIPAA-compliant systems (SharePoint and Microsoft 365). We never share your information outside of credentialing and licensing purposes.
Q: Do you require long-term contracts?
A: No. All subscriptions are month-to-month, and you can cancel at any time. We also offer project-based pricing if you don’t want ongoing support.
Q: How does pricing work for larger groups?
A: Pricing scales simply by the number of providers and licenses you need managed. For larger practices, we can create a custom quote to ensure cost-efficiency.
Q: How often do you check for compliance?
A: We run automated OIG and SAM checks monthly, and we provide compliance reporting dashboards (included in the Standard and Complete packages).
Q: What happens if I switch plans?
A: You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you start with Essential and later want us to handle submissions, you can switch to Standard or Complete easily.
