About us:

Jones Healthcare Solutions is a founder-led healthcare operations consulting business focused on helping organizations make clear, evidence-based decisions to solve operational problems. We work with clinics and healthcare organizations navigating growth, operational strain, or uncertainty around where improvement efforts should be concentrated.

Our work emphasizes disciplined problem framing, measured evaluation, and restrained recommendations. We do not pursue broad transformation efforts without first validating where impact is most likely to occur.

What we do:

Jones Healthcare Solutions is operated by Andrew Jones.

All engagements are founder-led, with work delivered directly by Andrew. He graduated from the Univerisity of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (minored in Philosophy). Andrew has experience working with healthcare organizations on operational, administrative, and compliance-related workflows, with a particular focus on:

• Provider onboarding and credentialing processes

• License and enrollment tracking

• Administrative workload structuring

• Workflow documentation and automation support

In addition to operating Jones Healthcare Solutions, Andrew is completing a graduate degree in business with formal academic focus on healthcare management and entrepreneurship.

How engagements are structured

Engagements are intentionally scoped around specific operational questions. Work typically includes clarifying the problem, defining success criteria, evaluating targeted process changes, and supporting decision-making using measurable performance data.

Engagement scope and duration are aligned to organizational capacity and data availability.
