About us:

Jones Healthcare Solutions started solo after seeing firsthand how much time and money gets wasted when credentialing is delayed or when renewals slip through the cracks. My background is in healthcare operations, and this company was built around a simple idea: we can provide practices with clear, reliable systems to handle credentialing without the stress.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Some practices want full-service credentialing, others just need license reminders, and some prefer the tools and training to do it all themselves.
