This gives us the information we need to begin the credentialing and license management process right away. It only takes a few minutes, and we’re available if you have questions along the way.
2. Sign Authorization & Agreements
We’ll send you a professional intake package that includes our consulting agreement, HIPAA Business Associate Agreement, and an authorization form allowing us to act on your behalf with payers and licensing boards. Once these are signed, we can immediately begin working on your behalf. This ensures compliance and protects your practice while allowing us to get to work without delays.
3. Setup in Our System
Your providers and licenses are entered into our secure tracking system. This ensures nothing falls through the cracks, and it sets up automatic reminders for renewals and compliance deadlines. You’ll gain peace of mind knowing that every critical date is tracked for you.
4. Credentialing & License Management
We take over the heavy lifting—managing payer credentialing applications, monitoring expirations, and keeping all provider documents securely organized.
